I started training just for myself 15 years ago, going to a few exercise classes, dipping in & out of classes. After about 12months I started Pole Fitness & that was the start of the beginning for me, I had an amazing instructor who pushed me & believed I was capable of anything I set my mind to soon after I started boxing, again I had another amazing instructor who pushed me to the next level. I owe my fitness career to those 2 instructors......I started to realise that I found something I was good at!!!! I spent every spare minute I had at classes & at the gym, mixing with lots of people at various stages of their fitness journeys...I had the bug!!! While I was pregnant in 2008 I got made redundant from my office job so I took the opportunity to have a career change & studied for my Level 2 Exercise to Music and then progressed to my Level 3 Personal Training and I haven't looked back since!!! I'm always learning in this job, I love to learn. Having just had my second baby I undertook my Level 3 Pre & Post Pregnancy not only to help me but also to help other women recover from pregnancy. I attend various fitness conventions throughout the year and make sure that I do cpd courses every year to keep my ideas fresh & to be the best I can be for my clients & class participants
Following my passion for the fitness Industry I qualified as a Personal Trainer 7 years ago. I believe training and nutrition work closely together when achieving a goal. I will push you to your limits and will motivate you to go beyond your comfort zone. I have trained for over 15 years and know that hard work pays off.
